Wear Resistant Ceramic Coatings
Reparex® offers a ceramic alloy composite system that combines a finely divided alumina and micron sized graphite powder to form a smooth, brushable liquid or buttery putty. These products provide exceptional strength, chemical inertness, and a slick "anti-friction" work surface for long life abrasion control and wear resistance.

Chemically Resistant Systems Reparex® acid resistant systems withstand 30% sulfuric acid, 20% hydrochloric acid and 20% nitric acid. These systems are excellent in aggressive environments such as desulfurization plants, pulp and paper mills, and areas where severe chemical spills are a threat. Water resistant coatings provide resistance to organic solvents like alcohol and gasohol. Reparex® chemical resistant coatings are FDA approved for potable water storage tanks. |
